MIniature Waffles & Gummy Bear Sweets

Happy New Year everyone!

The first 4 months of 2009 is going to be very busy for me and I may have less time to make miniatures since I want to qualify in 2009! Well... I know this is mission impossible (a more realistic aim would be 2010) but I can always give it a shot! Nevertheless I promise to keep my Etsy shop going. ^_^

I made this dollhouse miniature waffles preparation board with banana and fresh cream. I love the idea of preparation board although it takes more effort since you have to "design" the entire concept. You also need tools such as miniature rolling pins, bowls & plates, cutlery etc and it is hard to find these miniatures in Singapore!

I would also like to feature a canister of miniature gummy bear sweets cos they just look soooo adorable. For other miniatures, please visit www.ilovelittlethings.etsy.com. Other enquiries, please send an email to ilovelittlethings@gmail.com

I love these little gummy bears. You said they can be easily made using a cookie cutter. Can you make a tutorial on how you did it and share it here on your blog? That would be so wonderful.

Best if you have a push mold - just pour resin after mixing it with a pastel colour and a little tamaya for transparency.

Alternative, cookie cutters can do the same job, just ensure one side of the cutter has a base so that it can hold the mixture.
